1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 777e website or related services ("the Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered account holders and visitors who browse without registering.
If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you lack such authority, you must not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility & Age Verification
Use of the 777e Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

- You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership or other legal entity) when registering a personal account.
- You must ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction before using 777e services.
- Employees, directors, officers and agents of 777e, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.
777e reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents at any time. Acceptable documentation includes a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and, where required, proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement not older than three months. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the required timeframe may be suspended pending document submission.
3. Account Registration & Management
Each individual may register only one account on the 777e Platform. Duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held within duplicate accounts.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change. 777e is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account information current.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (email address and password). Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 777e support immediately. 777e will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access where the account holder has failed to take reasonable security precautions.
777e reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, or where continued operation of the account is considered contrary to responsible gaming obligations.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All transactions on the 777e Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following general conditions apply to all financial transactions:
- Minimum deposit: Rs 500 via JazzCash or Easypaisa; Rs 1,000 via Visa/Mastercard; Rs 2,000 via Skrill. Bank transfer minimums vary by institution.
- Withdrawal processing times: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are processed instantly to within one hour. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) are processed within 1–3 business days. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed within 10–30 minutes, subject to network conditions.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered under the same name as the 777e account holder. Third-party transfers are not permitted.
- 777e reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual transactions as part of its anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.
- Deposits made via a particular method may be required to be withdrawn through the same method up to the amount deposited ("like-for-like" withdrawal rule), with any excess withdrawable via the account holder's preferred method.
- 777e is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers, including but not limited to JazzCash, Easypaisa or any bank.
5. Sports Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the 777e Platform, including cricket, volleyball, football, and other sports markets:
- All bets are final once confirmed. 777e will not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed by the system, except in cases of demonstrable system error.
- In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before completion, 777e's sporting event rules (available in the sportsbook FAQ section) will determine how affected bets are settled.
- Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary between markets and events.
- 777e reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where there is evidence of match-fixing, result manipulation, insider information or any other corrupt activity, regardless of the apparent outcome of the event.
- Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to brief suspension periods during key event moments. Bets placed during a suspension period will be void.
- 777e reserves the right to limit the stake or frequency of bets placed by any individual account at its sole discretion, including where patterns of professional or syndicate betting are identified.
6. Casino & Live Casino Rules
All casino games available on the 777e Platform — including slots, live dealer games, RNG table games and game shows — are operated under the rules specified by the respective software provider. The following general rules apply platform-wide:
- All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently audited for fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within each game's information section.
- In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection during a live casino round, the outcome as recorded on the server side is final. If a round cannot be completed due to technical failure on 777e's systems, the bet for that round will be voided and the stake returned.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits per game are displayed within the game interface. These limits may be adjusted by 777e at any time.
- The use of automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence systems to play casino games on the Platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
7. Bonuses & Promotions
From time to time, 777e may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins or other promotional incentives to registered account holders. The following general conditions apply to all 777e bonuses unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:
- Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements will be stated clearly in the specific promotion's terms.
- Bonuses are issued to one account per household, IP address and device. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
- 777e reserves the right to amend, withdraw or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Bonuses are non-transferable and carry no cash value unless converted through the applicable wagering process.
- Where a bonus is found to have been obtained fraudulently or through exploitation of a system error, 777e reserves the right to reclaim the bonus amount and any associated winnings.
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777e Platform. Violation may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account (multi-accounting)
- Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or verification
- Money laundering or using the Platform to conceal the proceeds of illegal activity
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or other artificial means to interact with the Platform
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors for financial gain
- Collusion with other players in live casino games or poker (where applicable)
- Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages or interferes with the normal operation of the Platform
- Allowing underage individuals to access or use your 777e account
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777e, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
777e does not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party provider outages and force majeure events may result in temporary service interruptions. 777e will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.
777e's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 12-month period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arises.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
777e collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to 777e's processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
777e implements technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. All financial transactions are secured using SSL/TLS encryption.
11. Responsible Gaming
18+ 777e is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform is strictly for entertainment purposes. 777e provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered account holders:
- Deposit limits – daily, weekly and monthly caps
- Loss limits – restrict losses over a defined period
- Session time limits – automatic logout after a set duration
- Self-exclusion – temporary or permanent account suspension. A minimum self-exclusion period of 6 months applies and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with the account closure procedure.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the terms of 777e's operating licence. In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt resolution through 777e's internal complaints procedure by contacting support at the email address listed on this website.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure within 30 days of submission, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority's alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanism.
