- Contact Data: Email address, Pakistani mobile number (Telenor, Jazz, Zong, Ufone or other networks), residential address in Pakistan (city, district, province).
- Financial Data: JazzCash account number, Easypaisa mobile wallet number, bank account details (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah or other), card details (where Visa/Mastercard transactions are used), USDT TRC20 wallet address (where crypto transactions are used), transaction history and PKR balance records.
- Account Data: Username, hashed password, account preferences, responsible gaming settings (deposit limits, self-exclusion status), login history and session data.
- Usage Data: Bet history, game play records, wagering activity, bonus claims, platform navigation patterns and session duration.
- Technical Data: IP address, device type and identifier, browser type and version, operating system, screen resolution, referring URL and cookie identifiers.
- Communications Data: Records of your communications with 777e support, including chat transcripts, email correspondence and complaint submissions.
- Verification Data: Copies of identity documents, proof of address documents and any additional KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation submitted to 777e.

- Betting and game history: Retained for a minimum of 3 years from the date of each transaction, or longer where required by regulatory or legal obligation.
- Marketing consent records: Retained until you withdraw consent, plus a further 1 year for compliance purposes.

Where data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with 777e's data destruction procedures.

11. Minors
18+ The 777e Platform is strictly intended for users aged 18 years and older. 777e does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a minor, that account will be suspended immediately and the data deleted (except where retention is required for regulatory compliance). If you believe a minor has registered on the Platform, please contact 777e support immediately.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
777e may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, Platform functionality or applicable legal requirements. Where changes are material, 777e will notify registered account holders via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this policy reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of an updated Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
